First of all, congratulations again for having the {{Memorial Name}} project selected among the first fifty awardees for the 100 Cities / 100 Memorials program.

Over this coming week, we will be in touch again about the next steps.

We wanted to briefly reach out and let you know what to expect.

1. Reference Email:
Next week you will receive an email that contains a reference of the information you provided in your grant application. 
As we have learned over the past couple of weeks, there seem to be a number of information updates from our awardees since they submitted their applications. Sometimes, POCs have changed, the name they want to call their teams have changed, the official name of the memorial may not have been used in the application etc..

So you will receive an email showing all the information you submitted. In that email will be a link to an online form. We are going to ask you to confirm the information either by simply cutting and pasting from your reference email, or updating the form with new information.

At the same time we will be asking you for some information that we did not need during the application process, but that we will need to complete your award.

2. Documents:
Within a week or two after you fill out the completed form online, we will use the information to prepare and send you two documents:

A W-9 form which we will need for our accounting and reporting. It will also serve to specify exactly WHO we will be making the checks out to. 

You will also receive a simple Grant Agreement that specifies and confirms that the funds will be used for the intended purpose and within the rules & guidelines of the competition regulations.

You will fill out the W-9 and sign the Grant Agreement and mail those back to us.

3. Goodies:
Within 2-3 week after we receive the signed paperwork, you will be receiving 2 checks. One from each sponsoring organization.

The same information will be used to create an official certificate formally designating your memorial as a "WWI Centennial Memorial". You will have an opportunity to order additional copies of the award for your team, city, etc.. as you choose. 

Additionally, we are working on finalizing the design for a brass plaque or a medallion that can be used to further identify your memorial and project as a "WWI Centennial Memorial". These will also be available for your project to purchase.
