John Pospula,  Rochester, NY Entered the service Cambridge Springs, Pa.June 27,1917, at the age of 23 years,as a private assigned to Company 7,  2nd Battalion,45th Regiment, 13th Division,Polish Legion. Served overseas from Feb. 22, 1918 to Jan. 27, 1921. Promoted, Captain, Dee. 12, 1921. In action in France. Awarded Croix de Guerre; Poland's Hero Cross; Bolshevik front, where he received Poland's highest decoration,  Virtuti Militari.  Discharged, Feb. 19, 1921.
